武警新兵体格、体成分和体能及其相关性 被引量:9

INVESTIGATION ON PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT,PHYSICAL COMPOSITION,PHYSICAL FITNESS AND THEIR INTERRELATION IN RECRUITS OF CHINESE PEOPLE'S ARMED POLICE FORCE

摘要 目的了解某武警部队入伍战士体格、体成分和体能及其相互关系,为评价新入伍战士的体质及体育运动水平提供参考依据。方法用常规法测量370名新兵体格、体成分和体能各指标;用踏梯运动实验法测量VO2max、PWC170。结果被调查对象中营养不良占4.0%,超重占10.5%,肥胖占3.5%。粗壮型肺活量指数低于匀称型和细长型(P<0.01,P<0.05),匀称型肺活量指数低于细长型(P<0.01);细长型VO2max明显高于粗壮型和匀称型(P<0.01);BMI与肺活量指数、VO2max呈正相关(r=0.490,r=0.490,P<0.01),维尔维克指数与肺活量指数呈正相关(r=0.439,P<0.01),其他各指标间相关性无统计学意义。在显著性水平0.10的条件下,分别以PWC170、VO2max和肺活量为应变量,以身高、体质量、腰围、臀围、体密度、去脂体质量、体质指数等因素为自变量进行多元逐步回归分析,所选入的有显著性的因素分别是:去脂体质量与PWC170、体密度与VO2max呈正相关,去脂体质量、胸围、体密度与肺活量呈正相关,但体质指数与肺活量呈负相关。结论武警新兵超重较严重,体脂含量是影响体能和运动水平的限制性因素。 Objective To investigate the physical development, physical composition, physical fitness and their interrelation in some recruits of Chinese People's Armed Police Force (CPAPF), thus to provide a scientific basis for evaluation of physical quality and athletic ability in recruits. Methods The parameters of physical development, composition, fitness in 370 recruits were determined by routine methods, and PWC170 and VO2max by the stepping exercise test. Results Malnutrition, overweight and obesity amounted to 4.0%, 10.5% and 3.5% respectively. The vital capacity index in strong bodily figure group was significantly lower than that in proportional figure group and slender figure group ( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05), and that in proportional figure group was significantly lower than in slender figure group( P 〈 0.01 ). VO2max in slender figure group was significantly higher than that in other two groups( P 〈 0.01 ). Vital capacity index, VO2max had significant linear correlation with BMI( r = 0. 490, r = 0. 490, respectively P 〈 0.01 )and vital capacity index also had significant linear correlation with Verwaeck index( r = 0. 439, P 〈 0.01 ). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that fat free mass and PWC170,body density and VO2max, fat free mass and vital capacity, chest circumference and vital capacity, body density and vital cpacity were positively correlated, while BMI was negatively correlated with vital capacity. Conclusion Overweight is a serious problem in recruits of CPAPF. The content of fat mass may be the negative factors influencing physical fitness and athletic ability.
