老年糖尿病患者肠系膜下动脉血流动力学检测及其意义

摘要 慢性肠系膜缺血临床研究和报道近年逐渐增多，动脉硬化是主要致病原因，该病发病年龄大，病情隐匿，进展缓慢。本研究采用彩色多普勒超声观察伴和不伴高血压的糖尿病老年人的肠系膜下动脉血流动力学参数的变化，现报道如下。
