摘要
以蒙脱土和纳米SiO2为增强增韧改性剂,制备较高性能的尼龙66纳米复合材料。测试了材料的力学性能和燃烧性能,通过扫描电子显微镜观察了材料的燃烧炭层表面。结果表明,当蒙脱土与SiO2的质量分数分别为3.0%和1.5%时,材料的拉伸强度较纯尼龙66提高了9.84%;冲击强度为4.64kJ/m2,较纯尼龙66提高了10.21%。蒙脱土与SiO2的加入大大提高了材料的高温成炭率,改善了燃烧炭层表面,从而使材料的极限氧指数有所提高。
PA 66/OMMT/SiO2 nanocomposites have been prepared by melt extrusion technique used to explore the mechanical properties and flammability. The tensile fracture surface and char residue are observed by SEM. The results show that when the mass fraction of OMMT is 3.0% and SiO2 1.5% respectively, the tensile strength of composites is 9.84% higher than that of PA 66 matrix ; the impact strength is improved 10. 21%. OMMT and SiO2 also enhance char residue ratio (600 ℃ ) , mend surface of char residue and LOI.
