DNA甲基化在膀胱癌的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 膀胱癌是泌尿系统发病率最高的肿瘤,是多基因异常表达的结果。目前发现膀胱癌细胞总体甲基化水平比正常细胞低,但是伴有抑癌基因上游启动子区域的异常甲基化。本文就膀胱癌细胞DNA甲基化与膀胱癌关系的研究进展作一综述。
