荧光膀胱镜在膀胱肿瘤诊断中的研究与应用 被引量:3

摘要 常规的白光膀胱镜检查一直以来都是膀胱肿瘤的诊断和术后随访所普遍采用的方法。但是,白光膀胱镜下往往难以发现膀胱粘膜的微小病变,如细小的乳头状肿瘤、扁平的原位癌和不典型增生,可能导致经尿道切除术后肿瘤复发和演进的危险性增加。近年来,荧光膀胱镜检查以其能早期发现膀胱粘膜微小病变的优势,而受到广泛的重视和研究。并且,随着新型光敏剂的问世,使其对膀胱肿瘤诊断的灵敏度和特异度都有大幅度的提高。因此,荧光膀胱镜检查有着越来越广阔的应用前景。
