血管内皮细胞中NF-κB和p38MAPK的激活 被引量:3

摘要 高糖在血管内皮细胞中引起氧化应激将激活细胞内一系列应激激活的信号通路,包括NF-κB、p38MAPK等,主要结果是以不同基因表达产物引起内皮细胞功能紊乱,在糖尿病慢性血管并发症的病因学中起重要作用。近年来有许多研究报道了NF-κB和p38MAPK信息通路在高糖引起的内皮细胞凋亡中的作用,为防治糖尿病血管并发症提出了新的靶向治疗策略。
