IgA肾病诊断与治疗进展 被引量:1

摘要 IgA肾病是目前肾内科临床中原发性肾小球疾病中最常见一个病种,占原发性肾小球疾病的1/3,严重威胁人类健康,是终末期肾病的主要诱因,近年来,对IgA肾病的研究无论是基础还是临床上都取得了许多进展,本文将就这方面的进展作一综述。
