摘要
双因素理论作为诸多激励理论中的一种已被广泛应用于企业人力资源管理中,如何将其有效地运用到土地行政管理中,从而激励公职人员,提高土地行政部门的管理效率,是一个值得探讨的问题。在分析双因素理论含义的基础上,结合土地行政管理的特征,阐述了双因素理论在土地行政管理中的应用,在达到土地行政管理部门组织目标的同时,也能够满足土地行政公务员的个人目标。
As one of the most encouraging elements, bi-element theory has been applied in the human resources management in the modern enterprises. It is worthy of studying that how to apply that theory to land administrative management and encourage administrative governor to raise the efficiency in the department of land administration. In this paper, on the basis of analyzing the meaning of bi-element theory, together with the features of land administrative management, the application of bi-element theory is elaborated to attain the targets of executive civil servants and the land administrative management as well.
