摘要
通过酸法(柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲液)提取黑木耳多糖,并比较粗粉和超微粉多糖的提取率,分别通过正交试验确定了黑木耳粗粉与超微粉多糖的最佳提取因素。粗粉:液料比为110,时间为5.5h,温度为90℃,pH值为5.5;微粉:温度为85℃,时间为4.5h,液料比为160,pH值为6。粗粉和超微粉多糖经过纯化冻干后得率分别为12.12%和15.78%。
The research on extraction yield of A uric ularia auriculars polysaccharides from thick powder and ultra-fine powder by acid method in this paper. Separately by orthogonal design to obtain the optimal rate of thick powder and ultra-fine powder polysaccharides.The results showed that the best conditions of the extraction were thick powder: extraction temperature 90 ℃, solution pH 5.5, extraction time 5.5 h and the rate of extraction solution and material 110;ultra-fine powder : extraction temperature 85 ℃, solution pH 6, extraction time 4.5 h and the rate of extraction solution and material 160. By purification and freeze-dry of thick powder and ultra-fine powder polysaccharides, the extraction yield was 12.12 % and 15.78%.
