摘要
多糖粗提物经DE-52和Sephadex G-200柱层析分离得到PAVFⅠ、PAVFⅡ-a、PAVFⅡ-b、PAVFⅢ、PAVFⅣ-a和PAVFⅣ-b6种精制多糖。6种精制多糖的纯度鉴定采用醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳和Sephadex G-200凝胶柱层析法,结果表明PAVFⅠ、PAVFⅡ-a、PAVFⅡ-b、PAVFⅢ为均一的多糖。理化特性分析结果表明PAVFⅠ分子量为107ku;PAVFⅡ-a分子量为500ku;PAVFⅡ-b分子量为170ku;PAVFⅢ主要是以共价键连接的蛋白。
Then isolated by DE-52 and Sephadex G-200 gel filtration, six glycoconjugates PAVF , PAVF Ⅱ-a, PAVF Ⅱ -b, PAVF Ⅲ, PAVF Ⅳ-a and PAVF Ⅳ-b were attained,which were tested by gel fihrationon sephadex G-200 and cellulose acetate pellicle electrophoresis and the results showed PAVF I , PAVF Ⅱ -a, PAVF Ⅱ-b and PAVF Ⅲ are homogeneous components, physical and chemical characters showed that the molecular weight of PAVF I is 107 ku. The molecular weight of PAVF Ⅱ -a is 500 ku.The molecular weight of which is 170 ku. Some protein combine with PAVF Ⅲ by covalent bond.
