摘要
生物法降解食品中的胆固醇一直被认为是目前最安全有效的方法之一,但是随着研究的深入,生物法也存在一定的不安全因素。按照降解机制的不同,分别阐述了生物法降解动物性食品中胆固醇时出现的一些不安全因素,希望对生物法的更好应用提供指导。
Reducing cholesterol with biology measures is one of the safest way.But according to the study is further developed, some unsafe factors are found during the use of biology measures. A summary is given on those unsafe factor in the light of the different mechanism of cholesterol-reducing, and a help to the better application of biology measures.
