摘要
在产品开发过程中如何快速、有效的为设计人员提供设计知识成为了成功开发一个产品的关键。为了减轻设计人员在海量知识资源中的检索负担,需要一种快速、高效的设计知识资源检索方法,使设计人员可以集中精力于设计活动中的关键阶段。通过对基于Internet的分布式知识资源环境下的检索方法进行讨论,本文提出了一种快速、高效的两级知识检索方法:首先根据“加权关键词匹配定位法”来有效、准确的定位知识站点;然后“约束驱动知识检索”方法在所定位的知识站点中准确获取满足用户意愿的具体知识。两级知识检索方法可以改善原有传统检索方法的有效性,使设计开发人员在分布式知识资源环境下的知识检索效率大大提高。
The provision of timely and relevant knowledge to designers during the design process is vital to the successful development of the product and to the future competitiveness of the company. To release designers from much of the drudgery involved in searching and locating relevant knowledge, an effective and efficient knowledge search approach is required that designers can concentrate more on other demanding and important activities involved in product design and development. In the paper, knowledge search approaches in the Internet-based distributive network environment are discussed. An efficient and effective two-step strategy of knowledge search is then proposed to support designers locating and retrieving design knowledge quickly and exactly from distributive knowledge resources network. For orientating the position of knowledge sites, an approach, Weighted Keywords Orientating Approach, is presented. A constraint driven search approach for retrieving knowledge within the orientated site is also proposed.
