摘要
论述了应用Pro/E软件进行汽车装配线线体的三维建模及参数化设计方法。实现了机械零件装配图的快速造型和重构。利用Pro/E与ANSYS接口技术和ANSYS软件,对Pro/E中设计的具体装配线线体在一定载荷作用下的应力状态进行了有限元仿真分析。研究结果对装配线线体的开发、改进和优化装配线线体的设计具有一定的参考价值。
The method of 3D modeling and parametric design of auto assembly line in Pro/E software is discussed. It realize quickly model of mechanical part. Using the interface technology between Pro/E and ANSYS software, the simulation analysis of stress status of the assembly Line designed in Pro/E under a certain load is made. The research results has reference value to gear model library development and to the optimization design of the assembly Line.
