摘要
首先介绍了嵌入式系统的基本概念,简析了不同操作系统下数控系统任务管理的特点及其存在的问题,然后着重阐述了数控系统的模型、嵌入式Linux的实时性,构建了基于嵌入式Linux滚轧机的数控系统,实验结果表明,该系统完全能够满足实时性要求,而且稳定性好,可靠性高。
Firstly, this paper introduces the conception of the embedded system, and analyses traits and problem of tasks schedule in the numerical control system on differential operating system, then, the paper discusses the model of CNC and real-time performance, the author construct the numerical control system based on embedded Linux of roll machine. The experimental results prove that the system can meet the need of real-time performance, also its stability and reliability are good.
