摘要
为提高在给定样件条件下的产品开发速度,提出一种适用于数控加工代码生成的工件三维重建框架,其目标是针对已有的工件样品,用数码相机在(多个)预定位置拍摄得到工件的多幅侧面图像,经过一系列的图像处理过程,最后获得工件的三维点云数据或者STL文件。得到的工件数据可以在相关的CAD&CAM软件中进行显示,并可直接生成该工件的数控加工代码。这些数据也可以作为快速成型制造和逆向工程的数据源。
With the quick developing of the modem Advanced Manufacturing Technologies, increasingly traditional designing technique can not satisfy the requirement of the manufacturing. The purpose of this paper is to present a 3D Workpiece Reconstructing framework, which can be applied to NC machining code generatin~ With this 3D Workpiece Reconstructing framework, firstly, several images taken on appointed locations for an existing workpiece, then processed with serial image manipulations, 3D point cloud datum or STL fde of the workpiece may be ultimately acquired. The outputted datum can be inputted into and shown in correlative CAD&CAM softwares, simultaneity the NC machining code can be directly generated. Otherwise, the datum can be the data source of Rapid Prototyping Manufacturing and Reverse Engineering.
