摘要
文章介绍了多色集合理论、多色图,并详细叙述了该理论在设计零件加工工艺方案上运用的流程和优选方法。介绍了如何用模糊优选法优选工艺方案;利用层次分析法确定了各个因素的权重,最后以半轴为例进行工艺方案的优选,得出了较好的结果,有推广价值。
In this paper, polychromatic graphs and polychromatic sets theory are introduced .Using this theories, detailed describing the process and the method of optimization in confrming the Project of designing part' s craft. Introducing how to optimize craft' s project using Fuzzy Optimum Seeking Method. Confirming everyone factor' s scale using AHP. In the end take axle shaft as an example, optimizing the processing' s craft, and get good result.
