摘要
文章研究了产品族和基于定制的产品开发流程,结合产品数据管理系统提出了基于定制的产品开发平台框架,这使得企业在满足顾客个性化需求的同时,又保持较低的生产成本和较短的交货期,为其赢得竞争优势。最后,在小型冶金机械设备产品设计的实例中得到验证。
This paper studies theory and the process of product development and design, According to the PDM system, it puts forward the product development platform frame based on customization. This production model not only could be satisfied with the individual needs of customer, but also keep product with the low cost and the short delivery time at same time. At the end, an application to the design ofa small metallurgy machine enterprise is shown.
