氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗40例未成年人丘疹性荨麻疹疗效分析

Therapeutic effect of Butyl Flufenamate Ointment on 40 cases of adolescent papular urticaria

目的为丘疹性荨麻疹提供一种安全、高效、使用方便的外用治疗药物。方法治疗组40例患儿外用氟芬那酸丁酯软膏轻涂于患处,每日早、中、晚各1次,共治疗7天;对照组患儿外用黄连炉甘石洗剂涂于患处,用法及疗程均同治疗组。观察两组患儿皮损及症状情况并记录。结果治疗组总有效率90.00%,对照组71.05%,两组患儿总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组2例出现局部刺痛、灼热感,用冷水毛巾湿敷后上述症状缓解。结论氟芬那酸丁酯是一种治疗丘疹性荨麻疹新的效果良好的药物。

Objective To investigate a safe, effective and convenient medicine for external treatment of popular urticaria. Methods Butyl Flufenamate Ointment was externally used on the affected parts of the 40 patients in the experimental group, three times a day （morning, afternoon and evening） for consecutive 7 days; while Chinese Goldthread Calamine Lotion was externally used on the affected parts of the 40 patients in the control group and the treatment period was the same as the experimental group. The lesion of epidermis and the symptoms of patients in the two groups were observed and recorded. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was about 90. 00% and that of the control group was 71.05%.χ^2 test was employed in analysis of the treatment effect of the patients in the two groups. The differences between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Two cases presented partial sting and hot flush and they got relieved after wet dressing with cold towel. Conclusion Butyl Flufenamate Ointment is a new and effective medicine for the treatment of papular urticaria.
