皮肤中IL-18的研究进展

摘要 IL-18是一种免疫调节细胞因子,在结构上与IL-1相似,属于Th1细胞的生长和分化因子,具有强烈诱导IFN-1的性质。IL-18作为免疫网络中的一种多肽分子,具有预防、治疗皮肤病、免疫性和感染性疾病的研究价值,因而探讨IL-18及其受体在皮肤组织中的分布、表达强度和表达的调控机制,研究IL-18和其DNA编码质粒在皮肤中的免疫调控作用以及IL-18在皮肤损伤、皮肤疾病、免疫性疾病和寄生虫感染的作用机制很有意义。 IL-18 is an immunomodulatory cytokine, structurally similar to IL-1. It induces IFN-γ remarkably as a Thl cell growth and differentiation factor. Meanwhile, IL-18 induces production of T cells and Nature Killer cells with IL-12 synergistically in the Thl reaction. Thus IL-18, as one polypeptide molecular in the immunizing network, has the value and potential to prevent and treat skin diseases, and immunity, and transmissibility diseases. The recent research advancement of IL-18 in skin focused on areas of IL-18 and its receptor distribution, expression level, and regulated mechanisms of expression ; IL-18 and its DNA encoding plasmids immunoregulation effect in skin; mechanism of IL-18 action about skin destruction, skin disease, immunologic disease, and infection of parasites.
