摘要
骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSC)具有独特的生物学特性,其免疫抑制作用引起了人们广泛的兴趣。大量资料表明,MSC能在同种异基因,甚至异种基因的环境中长期存活,并且保持它的多向分化潜能。这一特性使MSC异体移植预防和治疗免疫性疾病成为可能。因此有必要从问充质干细胞的低免疫原性、灯免疫细胞及补体系统的调节和诱导抑制性免疫微环境等方面探讨BMSC避免同种异体移植排斥反应的可能机制。
In recent years, great interest has been generated over the immunosuppressive effects of bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSC), wich have peculiar characteristics. Experimental evidence and preliminary clinical studies have demonstrated that MSCs can long survival and maintain their muhilineage differentiation ability in the setting of allogenic transplantation. It is possible that MSCs may have their most important application in the treatment of immune diseases. The review focuses on areas of immunogenicity, immunomodulation and inducing suppressive local microenvironment to explore the possible mechanisms of MSC' s avoiding allogenic rejection.
