摘要
采用实证分析方法对河北上市公司高级管理人员薪酬与公司业绩相关性进行分析和评价,得出的结论是河北上市公司高级管理层薪酬激励效果不显著,据此提出薪酬激励机制的改进建议。
This paper analyzes and estimates the relevance between the salary of high-level administrative personnel and the achievement of the eompany in IIebei List Company with the method of empirieal analysis. The finding shows that the effect of salary-driven mechanism on high-level management level in Hebei List Company was not remarkable, and the relative proposal for improvement on driving mechanism was put forward.
