摘要
应用活体显微电视录象技术,观察肾上腺髓质素(adrenomedullin,ADM)对大鼠肠系膜微血管和微淋巴管的作用及其对去甲肾上腺素(NE),内皮素(ET)作用的影响。结果表明,ADM直接扩张肠系膜各级微血管和微淋巴管,拮抗NE和ET引起的微血管效应及微循环血液流态的异常改变。ADM的上述作用可被一氧化氮生成抑制剂NG-nitro-L-arginine(L-NNA)显著抑制。
The dilatant effect of adrenomedullin (ADM), a novel peptide of 52 aminoacids, on the mesenteric microvessels and microlymphatics was investigated under microscopic observation. 10-6 mol/ L ADM could also ameliorate alteration of thehemorheology induced by 10-5 mol/L norepinephrine (NE) or 10-7 mol/L endothelin(ET). However, this ameliorative response was markedly inhibited in the presence ofNG-nitro-L-arginine (L-NNA), an inhibitor for production of nitric oxide
