摘要
高职在实施通识教育过程中,遇到的困难与阻力众所周知。如何看待存在的这些问题,从影响因子与发展悖论角度去分析,得出一些新的看法。并且将高职大通识教育的实施与大学精神的建立,以及管理制度上的"教授治校"等联系在一起,还提出高职发展通识教育的一些对策,诸如通识教育的"新三个面向"、新乡村建设等。
The difficulty and resistance in the process of implementation of general education is well known. Trying to deal with these problems, analyzing from the aspects of influence factor and development paradox, we obtain some new ideas.While connecting the large general education with the establishment of university spirits and the control system of "Faculty Governance",we propose some countermeasures for Liberal Studies in general education, such as the "new three-oriented" and the new rural construction.
