试论高等职业教育人才培养模式的构建

On Construction for the Talents Training Model in Higher Vocational Education

我国的高等职业教育快速发展的同时,仍然存在很多亟待解决的问题。构建具有我国特色的高等职业教育人才培养模式需要借鉴国外的先进经验,突出应用性和针对性。以就业为导向确立人才培养目标,以教学创新为契机,构建培养体系,以行业为背景,建立产学研结合的有效运行机制。

Our national higher vocational education is in a rapid development while there still exist many problems which need to be solved efficiently. Therefore, we need to bring in advanced experience abroad to construct the talents training model. It should be practical, make the training goal with the guideline of working, catch the chance of teaching innovation, have the background of industries and form the effective mechanism of combination of education, industry and research.
