对大学生素质拓展工作的几点思考

素质拓展计划是提高大学生综合素质的一项提纲挈领式的工作,是新时期大学生成才的迫切需要,是和谐校园文化建设的重要内容;对丰富大学生的精神文化生活,培养他们高尚的道德品质,发展学生的智力和扩大视野,提高学生的综合素质,使学生掌握更多适应社会发展需要的生存与竞争的本领等都是非常重要的。要通过妥善处理好与第一课堂、职业技能培训和鉴定、拓展认证、职业生涯发展规划教育等关系,采取合理调配资源、广泛发动学生参与、提高活动的文化科技含量、联系社会单位等措施,使素质拓展计划工作在人才综合素质培养中发挥更大作用。

The development program for university students students＇ comprehensive qualities,and it is a crying need for ＇ quality touches the essentials of improvement in university talents cultivation in late period and an important part in building the harmonious campus culture. It plays an important role for university students in enriching their spiritual and cultural life,cultivating their noble morals,developing their intelligence,widening their views and enhancing their comprehensive qualities, so as to make them more competent to adapt social development and competition.To expand the role of quality-improving grogram in enhancing talents＇ comprehensive qualities,there should be a proper handling of its relationship with the class-teaching,the professional skill training and appraisal ,the quality-development identification and with the education in personal career and development planning. Some proper measures should be taken as well to make sure its bigger role ,such as rationalizing the distribution of resources,greatly encouraging students＇ participation in campus activities and increasing their cultural and technical content, cooperating with social units, etc.
