摘要
探讨案例教学在法学教育中的地位和作用,着重论述案例教学应当注意的问题,从而对案例教学法在法学教育中的运用的反思和一些启示,并倡导一种对待案例教学法的正确方式。
This paper explores the important role and function of the teaching model of giving practical case in Law. It emphasizes the aspects that we should pay attention when having this teaching model and enlightenments of it. At last, this paper also gives the correct ways of taking advantage of this kind of teaching model.
