作为消费者各种权利基础的消费者知情权,与消费者其他权利之间存在着密切关系,但对其法律救济途径尚待拓宽。应通过完善行之有效的法律管理手段,对我国消费者知情权保护。

Holding the basic position, ＂consumers＇ fight to know＂ links closely with all other fights of consumers, but its remedy channels need broadening. So more effective legal management measures shall be taken to protect it in our country.
