摘要
英语电影以融文本字幕、语音、图像等多种信息传播介质于一体的特性,越来越成为英语教学中非常重要的资源而被广泛应用。英美原版电影对大学英语教学有五大辅助作用,大学英语教师在教学中要积极利用这一媒体来促进大学英语教学,激发学生的学习热情,加深其对西方文化的了解,从而提高其语言交际能力。
With the characteristic of combining subtitle, voice, images and other information medium together,gradually, English film has became an important resource in English instruction and is being widely used. There are five main auxiliary functions of original English film in English instruction. University English teachers should apply English film actively to improve English education to inspire students＇ enthusiasm in study and to enhance their understanding in Western culture so as to improve their verbal communication ability consequently.
