On Foreign Language Teachers’ Education and Development in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 外语教育的变革带来了对外语师资教育与发展的再认识。高职高专院校不同于普通本科院校,外语师资的教育与发展除具有师资教育的共性外,还具有特殊性。本文对高职院校外语师资教育和发展的需求、内容、途径等进行了有益的探讨。 The reform of foreign language education makes people rethink the importance of foreign language teachers' education and development. As higher vocational colleges are different from regular universities in many fields, the education and development of their foreign language teachers should have their particularity apart from the similarity with ordinary universities'. This article aims at discussing the needs, contents of and approaches to teachers' education and development in higher vocational colleges.
