The Enlightenment of the German "Two-stage" Legal Education Model

德国是大陆法系的代表国家,我国法律高等教育曾经深受德国的影响。考察德国独特的“两阶段”法律教育制度,研究其高等学校法学专业训练严格、循序渐进、注重实务等特点,对于我国高校法学院系的法律教育模式改革具有借鉴意义。

In China, the state education of legal has been influenced deeply by Germany, which is one of the rep- resentative countries of civil law. Investigating the German particular ＂two-stage＂ legal education, system, and looking into its hall marks of rigid major training, gradual progress and emphatic practice will have profound implication for the innovation of the law education model, especially for the law department.
