高校学生辅导员是高校教师队伍和管理队伍的组成部分,是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量。目前,高校辅导员队伍建设存在着定位不明确,机制不完善,队伍不稳定等方面的问题,高校辅导员队伍建设必须针对存在的问题,寻求新的对策。

The college instructor contingent, component of teaching staff in higher education, is a mainstay in strengthening and improving college students＇ ideological and political level. At present, there are some problems in the construction of college instructor contingent, such as： indefinite goal, imperfect mechanism, unsteady personnel. Therefore, in the construction of college instructor contingent, we should focus on solving these problems and seek countermeasures.
