军队院校作为军事理论与技术的研究基地、军事人才的培养基地,如何主动适应世界新军事变革要求,调整建设思路、跟上变革步伐,全面提升学科专业建设水平,是摆在我们面前的一个重大历史课题.当前,军事院校各学科点的重要任务:一是军事理论的创新;二是军事装备技术的创新;三是科研机制的创新.为此,强化现代教育观念,全面调整好院校学科建设是当前的主要任务.

It is known to us that the military academies serve as the research base of military theory and techniques and the training base of military talented personnel. The significant historical topic confronting us is how to adapt themselves to the requirements for the new military reform, to change the thoughts of construction, to keep up with the reformation, and to enhance the levels of the construction of academy＇s disciplinary specialities all-round. Nowadays, the important tasks of each discipline specialty in military academies are supposed to be the innovation of military theory and techniques and the innovation of scientific research mechanism as well. And therefore we must strengthen the concepts of modern education, adjust the basic course of education and training in academies completely.
