摘要
提出了一种采用高频链实现大电压落差的DC-DC24V直流变换方法,并详细阐述了工作原理、控制方案和高频变压器的参数设计.在设计中既考虑高频化、高效率,又兼顾低损耗、小体积的优化设计原则,同时还设计了比较完备的保护电路和起动电路,研制出的产品已成功用于某矿井中.
A method of direct current converting to realize the DC-DC24V of big fall voltage with high-frequency link is presented in this paper. The operation principle, control scheme and the parameter design of high frequency transformer are also presented. In accordance with the principle of optimum design, high frequency and high efficiency are concerned as well as low loss and small volume. The design of self-contained protecting circuit and starting circuit are also actualized. The product has been applied successfully to some mines.
