摘要
从武清等地常规分离黄瓜发病病株,PDA培养基上培养。根据柯赫氏法则和生物学特性,鉴定为黄瓜褐斑病,又叫靶斑病。研究表明,湿度是诱发黄瓜褐斑病的主要因素。
The pathogen was separated from diseased cucumber plant of Wuqing region and cultivated in PDA medium. The pathogen was identified as cucumber target leaf spot according to Koch＇s Postulation and biological characteristics. Results showed that humidity was the primary factor for disease occurrence.
