发动机螺旋进气道三维流场数值模拟及试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用CATIA V5R14对某发动机螺旋进气道进行了三维造型,然后利用Ricardo三维流体软件VECTIS进行流体计算,并对该气道进行了稳流试验,计算结果与试验对比发现,平均流量系数与里卡多涡流比吻合较好,而且CFD可以获得大量试验无法获得的信息。因此CFD已成为现代设计优化气道不可缺少的重要技术。但由于CFD相对试验来说耗时长,而且各气门升程下计算数据波动较大,故目前开发优化气道流程中CFD仍不能完全替代气道稳流试验。最后对该气道流量系数不高的问题提出了改进建议。 Firstly an engine helical intake port 3D model is built by CATIA V5R14. Then the flow numerical simulation of the port is done with Ricardo's CFD software VECTIS. In addition, the port is tested on the steady flow test rig. The calculation result agrees with the test result well. Moreover, we can acquire much important information which can't be gotten from the test. However, because of the consuming time and result jumpiness of using CFD, CFD cant replace the steady flow test in process of the development of the engine intake port presently. Lastly, some advices are brought forward to improve the intake port flow coefficient.
