摘要
利用KIVA-3V程序对经过直喷化改装的1105柴油机燃烧过程进行了三维模拟仿真,对计算结果进行了高级可视化后处理,得到了缸内空气运动、平均性能和排放曲线及各曲轴转角的温度场、压力场、湍动能分布等大量实时数据信息,形象地展示了缸内燃烧过程及流场变化。结果表明:数值模拟与实验结果较为吻合,可获得缸内工作过程的细节,对理解和改进柴油机燃烧系统具有重要的意义。
Based on KIVA -3V, the operation process in cylinder of a type 1105 diesel engine modified to a DI engine is simulated, the detail information of the flow field in cylinder and average performance graphic charts are obtained and compared with the experimental data. The results of calculation indicated that the method of numerical simulation has very powerful vitality and many advantages to predict and improve the performance of combustion system in diesel engines.
