摘要 通过任意拉格朗日-欧拉(ALE)方法直接对N-S方程进行数值求解,采用CFD商用软件AN-SYS,对某385型柴油机喷油系统内流体流动的液力过程进行数值模拟仿真,较为准确地给出了喷油器内燃油的速度场分布,分析了高压油管的结构参数对速度场的影响。并结合排放特性实验,对泵-管-嘴喷油系统的结构参数进行优化。为柴油机燃油喷射系统的研究提供理论依据,缩短了产品的开发周期。 Arbitrary Lagrange-Eulerian (ALE) computing method is used to calculate the N-S Equation directly. Numerical simulation of fluid flow process in the fuel injection system of a certain type 385 diesel engine was performed using the commercial CFD software ANSYS. The velocity distribution in the nozzle was obtained, and the influence of the structure of high-pressure fuel pipe to the velocity distribution was analyzed in this paper. Combining with exhaust emission test, the structure parameter of pump-tube-nozzle fuel injection system was optimized. The simulation is very useful for providing theoretical evidence for the design of injection system, and shortening the product development period.
