摘要
利用FLUENT软件对4102柴油机的两种进气管系统内流场进行了三维数值模拟计算,并对进气歧管内流动特性进行了分析,分别计算出了两种进气管系统进气的最大不均匀度。结果表明入口端布置在进气总管的中间能够降低进气的不均匀性,更有利于提高发动机进气和燃烧的质量。
3D numerical simulation is performed on the flow field of two kinds of intake systems of 4102 diesel engine using FLUENT software. The flow characteristics of intake manifolds have been analyzed and the most unevenness rate has been calculated respectively. The results show that the case of the inlet in the middle of intake system can reduce the unevenness of intake, which is propitious to intake and combustion for engine.
