摘要
简要介绍了催化转化器的基本原理和对催化转化器的评价指标,以一辆装备300mL排量汽油发动机的全地形车为例,通过选择“化油器优化+催化转化器+二次空气供给装置”匹配方案满足欧美排放标准的案例,为国内全地形车生产厂家提供了一种经济、可靠的排放解决方案。
Focusing on the status of ATV attaining EPA or ECE regulations, this paper briefly introduces the elements of and demands for catalytic converters. An ATV equipped 300cc gasoline is given as a case. This case affords an economical and feasible project to the emission control for inland ATV manufactories through choosing the project of "optimizing carburetor + catalytic converter + secondary air injection system".
