摘要
公司社会责任理论的确立与发展是公司基本价值理念的协调与重选。在社会经济快速发展的当下,“弱势群体保护理论”在劳动权的保障问题上面临着困境,难以解释经济生活中发生的一些情形。公司社会责任理论不仅能够有效解决这一难题,而且能够将《公司法》与《劳动法》有机地联系起来,推动和谐劳动关系的形成与发展。
The establishment and development of the corporate social responsibility theory is the coordination and reselection of company's basic value idea. At the same time, with the fast development of the society and economy, the "theory on the protection of social vulnerable groups" has confronted a difficult position in the protection of labor right, and it is difficult to explain the new situations in the economic life, while the corporate social responsibility theory can not only settle this difficult problem, but also organically connect the Corporate Law and Labor Law and impel the formation and development of the harmonious labor relations.
