Determination of Ferulic Acid in Wumu Capsule by RP-HPLC

目的：应用HPLC法测定乌木胶囊中阿魏酸的含量。方法：采用Shim-pack CLC-ODS（4.6mm×150mm）色谱柱,甲醇-乙腈-0.025mol/L磷酸（3∶12∶85）为流动相,流速：1.0mL/min,检测波长：313nm。结果：阿魏酸在0.0107-0.085μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9997）,平均回收率为97.4%,RSD为1.54%。结论：本方法简便,重现性好,可有效控制本制剂的质量。

Objective： In order to determine the ferulic acid ＇s content of Wumu Capsule by RP - HPLC. Methods： Shim - pack CLC - ODS （4.6 mm × 150mm ） chromatographic column as stationary phase, methol - acetonitfile - 0. 025 mol/L phosphoric acetic （3 ： 12 ： 85 ）as the mobile phase, the current velocity is 1.0mL/min, the detection wavelength is 313nm. Results： The average recovery was 97.4% and RSD was 1.54%. Conclusion： The method was highly reproducible and accurate.
