摘要
目的:观察2型糖尿病心血瘀证病证结合大鼠模型的心血管指标的病理改变。方法:采用高脂高热量饲料喂养并结合小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射的方法制备实验性2型糖尿病大鼠模型,在此模型基础上再予强的松龙和肾上腺素注射制备2型糖尿病心血瘀证大鼠模型。结果:与其它各组比较,2型糖尿病心血瘀证模型大鼠的心脏湿重与体重的比值显著性增高(P<0.01)、心电图ST段下移幅度显著性增大(P<0.01或P<0.05)、主动脉与心肌形态学均有不同程度的病理改变。结论:2型糖尿病心血瘀证大鼠模型具有心血管病理的改变。
Objective : To observe cardiovascular pathology changes of the rat model of Heart Blood Stasis Syndrome in Type 2 Diabetes MeUitus(DM). Methods :Based on high fatty diet and injecting Stroptozotocin, the dexamethasone and adrenaline were applied to make the rat model of Heart Blood Stasis Syndrome in Type 2 DM. Results :Comparing with other groups,the ratios of the heart wet weight to body weight in the model group was high significantly( P 〈 0.01 ), as well as ST segment of ECG descending significantly ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ), besides the pathological changes of the aorta and the heart. Conclusion : The rat models of Heart Blood Stasis Syndrome in Type 2 DM do have the pathological changes in cardiovascular system.
