益肾和血汤治疗IgA肾病临床观察

Effect Observation of Yishen Hexue Tang(YSHXT) Cure IgAN

目的:探讨益肾和血汤对IgA肾病的治疗效果。方法:将49例IgA肾病慢性迁延期患者,分为治疗组28例和对照组21例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上,口服益肾和血汤,疗程为6个月。观察治疗前后病人症状、体征、蛋白尿、血尿、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr),以及免疫球蛋白的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.4%,对照组56.5%,两组比较,差异显著(P<0.05);同时益肾和血汤能明显改善病人症状,降低蛋白尿,血尿;两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:益肾和血汤治疗IgA肾病,疗效显著优于西药组。

Objective ：To observe curative effect of Yishen Hexue Tang（YSHXT） on IgA nephropathy. Methods ： 49 chronic IgAN cases were randomly divided into two groups： 28 cases in treatment group and 21 cases in control group. Two groups were both given general Western medicine treatment 6 months, and treatment group were given YSHXT at the same time. Result ：The total effective rate of treatment group is 94.4%, and total effective rate of control group is 56. 5%. The difference is significance （ P 〈0.05）, at the same time YSHXT can improve patients＇ symptoms, lower urine albumin, blood urine, the difference between two groups is significance（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ：The curative effect of YSTMF on IgAN is significantly better than Western medicine group.
