摘要
进行了广谱低毒农药三氯异氰尿酸对徐州长刺蚤、滇池短腹平直蚤两种枝角类的21d慢性毒性试验.它对于短腹平直蚤以及长刺蚤的21d半致死剂量分别为0.387mg/L和0.183mg/L.结果表明,三氯异氰尿酸对于两种蚤类的母蚤的存活率、生长发育、繁殖及其F1代幼蚤的存活率等指标均有较大的影响.农药三氯异氰尿酸对于水环境的慢性影响不容忽视.
Two kinds of caldocerans P. aduncus and Daphnia longispina were used to study the chronic toxicity of PGR pesticide Trichloroisocyanuric acid （TCCA） in 21d chronic test. Taking all the tested parameters into consideration, it could be found that the 24h LD50 of Trichloroisocyanuric acid for P. aduncus and Daphnia longispina were 0. 386mg/L and 0. 189mg/L respectively. The results showed that TCCA had very large influence on the exist rate, growth, reproduction index of female and the first and second generations. The chronic impact of TCCA on aquatic environment was serious.
