摘要
本文采用实证研究方法,对芜湖市12家饭店的员工满意度进行调查,发现员工满意度普遍较低,并对相关的企业因素、个人因素和工作因素作了比较分析,同时提出了相应的对策.
Through an empirical study, the author took a research on the employee satisfaction degree of 12 hotels in Wuhu and found that the employee satisfaction degree was very low. A comparative analysis on the factors of enterprises, personal attributes and work environment is given in this paper. Meanwhile, some countermeasures are also put forward.
