摘要
教学过程是人与人之间十分复杂的互动过程,教学情境是千变万化的,有着极大的不确定性,教师的技能不可能完全靠传授获得,更多地需要在实践中生成。这种生成不是自然而然的,而是通过教师对实践的不断反思不断提升自己教学水平的过程。这是一个持续动态的过程,使自己的教育教学观念更为科学,使自己的教学实践更符合教育规律,从而不断提升自己的专业水平。
Teaching is a complicated process of interaction between the teacher and the students and its situations vary greatly. Thus, teaching skills are not only obtained from learning but more from practice. This acquisition is not a natural process but a gradual and dynamic process of reflection. Through such reflection, a teacher can scientifically improve his teaching by upgrading his teaching concepts.
