本文在界定中国特色档案学理论内涵的基础上,通过对中外档案学的比较,从档案学基础理论、应用理论与应用技术三方面,探讨了中国特色档案学理论的主体内容,并对其建设现状进行了评析,希望能对电子环境下的档案学学科建设有所裨益。

After defining the connotation of archives with Chinese characteristics. By way of comparing archival theories home and abroad,the paper explores the major content of archival theory with Chinese characteristics from three perspectives as archival fundamental theories, applied theories, and applied techniques. Meanwhile, the paper also comments on its current construction situation, hoping that it may benefit the construction of archives in the electronic environment.
