Creative Ideas on the Archival Management of Electronic Records

电子文件的档案化管理是信息化社会的客观需要和档案专业融入现代社会的必然选择。思维方式的创新是档案专业应对电子文件管理各种复杂情况和棘手问题的基础和前提,而战略思维、策略思维和务实思维则是当前迫切需要确立的三种思维方式。本文围绕这三个方面,提出了电子文件档案化管理的若干新思维。

The archival management of electronic records is an external demand of our informationized society as well as a necessary measure for the profession of archiving to be involved in modem society. Creativity in thinking methodology is the foundation and precondition of archiving to handle all complexities and tough questions in electronic records management, and strategy, maneuver and practice are the three critical thinking methodologies to be urgently established. The article hereinafter puts up with quite a few creative ideas regarding the three aspects above-metioned.
