信息可视化技术是情报学研究的新领域。随着其理论、技术的发展和应用领域的扩大,产生了越来越多的具体技术。它们在形式上有很大不同,在应用目的和表现方法上也各有侧重,如何对它们进行综合的科学评价,成为推广已有技术和开发新技术的关键。本文从信息可视化的本质出发,给出了一个评价信息可视化技术的指标体系。

Information visualization is a new research field of information science. With the development of its theory and technique and the expanding of its application, more and more practical techniques were developed. These techniques are different in their form and taking different notice when using them. How to evaluate them was becoming the key of popularizing and developing them. Based on the essence this paper gave an indexing system for evaluating the information visualization techniques.
