摘要
水稻原生质体电融合适宜条件为：交流电场强度２５０Ｖ／ｃｍ；交流频率５００ｋＨｚ；脉冲强度１６ｋＶ／ｃｍ；脉冲宽度５０ｕｓ；脉冲个数为２。此时的１对１融合率为１４９％，总融合率达２４９％。在此条件下。
The embryogenic cell suspensions of 02428 were used to study the optimal condition of rice (Oryza sativa L) protoplast electrofusion The results showed the appropriate condition for the highest protoplast binary fusion frequency (149%) was 500kHz, 250V/cm for AC field and 16kV/cm, 50us, 2 nops for DC field The strength of DC was the most important parameter for protoplast fusion frequency The study supplied condition data for rice somatic hybrdization
